What is Congress?

The Congress is the legislative body of the union. It is comprised of the building reps, the Trustees, and the MEA & NEA Representative Assembly (RA) Delegates.

Your building reps are an EXTREMELY important source of information. It is very important to know who your building reps are. Your building reps were elected at the beginning of the school year and hold office from October 1 through September 30 of the following school year. Below is a list of the reps for each building.
