What is the Recreation Committee?

The Recreation Committee is charged with the coordination of intramural activities and leagues for members and their families. Members of this committee are appointed by the President, with the approval of the Trustees and Congress.

Upcoiming Activity: Whirleyball

On Friday, March 9, 2012 from 7-10 P.M., the WEA Recreation Committee is hosting a fun night of Whirlyball at Whirlyball Michigan, 19781 15 Mile Road, Clinton Township, 48035. For the low price of $15, you will have the opportunity to eat, socialize with other WEA members, and play whirlyball - which is a hybrid of lacrosse and bumper-cars. Tickets will be sold by your head building rep, and will be available until Friday, March 2. After that, you will have to pay $20 at the door. Food will be provided; however, you will have to bring your own beverages if you want to partake in “happy hour.” There will be plenty of room for coolers at the facility.
